The controller for the processing of the entry data of this competition is Tatiana Baumtrock, Erdbeerenberg 59, 24837 Schleswig. Contact: tatibaumtrock@gmail.com. Purpose and legal basis: We process the details submitted with an entry (name, year of birth, club, category, apparatus choice, routine music and the contact details of the person entering) in order to organise and run the competition. The legal basis is the performance of the participation relationship or steps taken prior to it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in an orderly organisation of the competition (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Publication: Before the competition the event page shows the entry list per category with an abbreviated first name, the surname, the club and the country, along with entry numbers and club names. Full names appear only with the start list, results only after we have released them. Anyone who does not wish to be named in full ticks “Publish short name only” when entering — the start list and results then show only the initial of the first name; this can be requested from us at any time afterwards. For minors we obtain the consent of those with parental responsibility; it can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Processor: We use Colourmatch (Kür) to run the event page, the online entry and the competition software. The basis is a contract under Art. 28 GDPR; the sub-processors used there and the basis of every transfer are set out in its Annex 2 at kuer-app.vercel.app/avv. Retention: We keep the entry data for as long as it is needed for the competition and its documentation, and delete it afterwards. Your rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 7(3)). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
