Frequently asked questions

What organisers want to know first.

Does Kür run on Windows?

The Kür App for competition day runs on the Mac today; a Windows version is planned. Judges score on tablets in the browser. Event page, entries and Event Manager run on any device.

Do we need internet in the hall?

No. The Kür App is the server in the hall, the tablets are on their own Wi-Fi, and every score is saved on the tablet first. You only need internet to fetch entries and publish results.

What does Kür cost?

Everything is free until 31/12/2026. After that, competitions with up to 30 gymnasts are free; larger ones cost 15 € per ten more gymnasts or 129 € as an Event Pass. The annual plan costs 299 €. Entering stays free for clubs.

How do clubs enter?

Every competition gets an event page with online entries for individuals and groups, extra forms and collection of routine music. You fetch the entries into the Event Manager without retyping anything.

Which rules does Kür score by?

Free and compulsory routines under FIG, DTB, state federation and league rules, for individuals and groups. The rule sets are ready-made templates you adjust per competition. You can also set every part of the scoring model yourself.

Can we import a start list from KSIS?

Yes. The Kür App reads a KSIS start list as a PDF and suggests categories and routines from it. You check the suggestions before anything is applied.

How does Kür protect children's data?

Until the start list is published, the event page shows only abbreviated first names. The database is in Frankfurt; the contracting partner is a German company, with a data processing agreement.
